Return Policy
The item I ordered was delivered damaged:
We only use respected courier companies for postage, however from time to time it is possible for an item to become damaged during transit. Please contact us at info@shop4cricket.com with details of your order and also details of the damaged item. We will arrange for the damaged item to be replaced.
I did not recieved the item that I ordered:
If we have sent you the wrong item at no fault of your own, then we will replace the incorrect item with the correct item at no cost to you. Please contact us at info@shop4cricket.com if this has happened to you with details of your order and what has been delivered by mistake.
I have changed my mind, I do not want the item that I ordered:
You have 14 days to change your mind once your order has been delivered. Once your 14 days have expired please contact us on info@shop4cricket.com for your options.
Please go to the customer login area, if your order has not been dispatched please contact us on info@shop4cricket.com to cancel your order. If your order has not been dispatched you will recieve a full refund of the payment that you made.
However, if your order has been dispatched please contact us on info@shop4cricket.com (within 14 days) and you will be issued a full refund for the payment of the item. Please note, you will not recieve a refund of the the postage and packing fees and you will also be responsible for the return postage and packing of the item to ourselves. Item must be returned in the condition that you recieved the item in.
